Human Lactoferrin ELISA

ELISA for the detection of Human Lactoferrin in EDTA plasma, urine, and milk. The kit contains sufficient components to quantitate Human Lactoferrin protein concentration in up to 40 samples, tested in duplicate. The range of the Lactoferrin ELISA is 1.56-100 ng/ml.

New Polyclonal Antibodies

Detection of Human FoxP3 by Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot.

Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (5, 15 and 50 mcg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) and 293T (T; 50 mcg) cells.  Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-FoxP3 antibody A301-900A used for WB at 0.04 mcg/ml (A) and 1 mcg/ml (B) and used for IP at 3 mcg/mg lysate. For blotting immunoprecipitated FoxP3, the ReliaBLOT® Reagents and Procedures (Cat. No. WB120) were used.  Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 minutes (A) and 10 seconds (B).

Sample: NBF-fixed asynchronous HeLa cells. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-NUP153 (Cat. No. IHC-00366) used at a dilution of 1:250. Detection: Red-fluorescent goat anti-rabbit IgG highly cross-adsorbed Antibody Hilyte Plus™ 555 (A120-501E) used at a dilution of 1:100.

Detection of Human WTAP by IHC.

Sample: FFPE section of human ovarian carcinoma.  Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-WTAP  (Cat. No. IHC-00368) used at a dilution of 1:250.  Detection: DAB staining using Immunohistochemistry Accessory Kit (Cat. No. IHC-101).

New Flow Cytometry Antibodies

Flow cytometrical analysis of gamma-H2AX in etoposide treated Jurkat cells. 

Cells were treated for 3 hrs in 5ug/ml etoposide, fixed in 1.5% PFA, and permeabilized in 90% methanol.  1 X 10⁶ cells were stained with 0.5 ug anti-KLH (Cat. No. A150-101A) or anti-gamma H2AX (Cat. No. A300-081A) and FITC-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG in a 150ul volume. black = etosposide treated, anti-KLH; red = untreated, anti-gamma H2AX; blue = etoposide treated, anti-gamma H2AX.
